At Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we make the exchange process simple and fast so they can get back to playing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original shipping bag or any secure box, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
